What are your business hours?
Monday – Friday: 7:30am – 5:30pm

Where do I get a claim number?
Your claim number will be issued by your insurance company at the time you report your vehicle accident. Simply bring it in with you when you come in to begin the repair process with us, and we will do the rest.
Can you match the paint color?
We have the latest technology to ensure that a vehicle’s paint color will be matched.
How long will my vehicle repairs take?
We will do a proper assessment to identify all complete damage. We will then order parts and contact you with a guaranteed completion date.
How can I get a rental car?
We offer on-site car rental services with Enterprise.
Please note: Insurance companies will only pay for a rental car if you have that option on your policy or if you are the claimant. Check your policy and/or call your insurance company to find out if you have rental coverage and what the limitations are.
How will I know when my vehicles work has been completed?
We will contact you by phone when your vehicle is ready to be picked up.
Is there a warranty on the repairs to my vehicle?
Yes. We guarantee all repairs with a Limited Lifetime Warranty.
Will I have to pay a deductible?
Your deductible determined by your insurance policy. If you carry broad collision, and the damage was not your fault, your insurance company most likely will waive your deductible. Insurance companies determine fault by your account of the accident when you initiate the claim, and by reviewing the accident report filed with the police department. If you aren’t sure about your deductible, you should contact your insurance agent for complete information.
Who do I pay my deductible to?

What forms of payment do you accept?
The most convenient way for you to pay for your portion of the repairs to your vehicle is to endorse your insurance claim check and submit it to the Performance Collision Centers. We also accept all major credit cards for your convenience.
